What is Minecraft lacking?
In my opinion, many things are lacking from Minecraft. The five main ideas that I have are:
Mobs
Now, Minecraft already has a lot of mobs in it. That is something I recognize, but I still think that the amount of..... not useless, but unhelpful mobs in Minecraft is ridiculous. There is the Witch, which, frankly does not serve a specific purpose. It has it's own shack, but it doesn't give you anything helpful like slimeballs. There is also the Bat. I used to be a fan of the Bat, because at first it didn't bother me, but recently when I was making some Redstone circuits they were flying around and getting in the way and causing me to break blocks when I was trying to build. And the worst part was, when i killed them, they didn't even drop anything. There is a mod which I am a massive fan of, It is called the More mobs mod by Simjoo: www.planetminecraft.com/mod/100-more-creatures-mod-v10/
and it adds a LOT of new mobs into the game. If that mod was added into the game, along with Red Dragons, which I think are coming soon, then I would be content.

Better Movement
There is already a mod which does this, called Smart moving, which lets the player dive, climb, grab and various other things, but to install it you need forge, which I usually have trouble installing. That might just be me, but oh well. If all of the capabilities of Smart Moving were merged into Vanilla Minecraft, then the Parkour opportunities that would arise would be tremendous. Just think, if someone had a map of a city then they could leap from roof to roof like a superhero, which would be an amazing feeling.

More Dimensions
Ahhhh, Minecraft dimensions. Pretty much everyone has modded their Minecraft to allow them to travel to an extra dimension. And for good reason. Some dimensions which come in mods are Incredible, Some of the best being The twilight forest mod, The Aether mod, space mod and The sky dimension. The picture below is of the Sky dimension and as you can see, the terrain it has is magnificent. All of these mods are amazing and anyone reading this should check them out. I mean, the Nether and the End are fine but they do lack something special which the other dimensions do have.

Better World Generation
Let's face it, the world generation has decreased in amazingness since 1.0. The main picture of this post has a picture of some terrain from 1.0 and I have never seen anything like it in any of the recent builds. These days people can't find a really amazing seed for Minecraft, they have to terraform the land themselves. Most people do a really good job of it like Xenocides: www.planetminecraft.com/member/xenocides/ ,but when I try and terraform, It doesn't look good. So I go online to look for a seed, but I can't find any! Sad face. Don't get me wrong, some of the
extreme hills in 1.4.5 are quite good, but it is rare to find any gems like the ones that 1.0 had.

Pipes
Let's face it, if pipes were added to minecraft then it would be the most helpful thing added since minecarts. When I am in my survival world and I go down into my mine, I find some really good stuff like emeralds and diamonds, so I come back to my checkpoint halfway up the ladder and I put the stuff in a chest, because I want to keep mining. But the stuff in the chest just stays there doing nothing and when I get back, my inventory is full so I have to make two trips. But if pipes were added then all of the stuff in my chests would simply be pumped out of the chest and sent back to my base! In tekkit, the pipes are used all around the place to move items from one place to another. Whenever I see someone using pipes for moving their items I get jealous and wonder why Minecraft doesn't have them.

Some other ideas I have are:

Some other ideas I have are:
- Better generated structures like castles
- More interactive villagers e.g. talking
- Villagers being able to have pets
- More protective golems
- Dragons!
- Jetpacks!
- More Redstone blocks from Tekkit like the Mining turtle and computers
- The dragon egg to actually do something (A new food?)
Thank you very much for reading this post and have a nice day!

A few contractions could be used, (I'm instead of I am), and maybe a few (tiny bit) of capitalization mistakes. Overall, great job!
