"Can't connect to Minecraft.net"
Whaaaaaaat?
So... now what?
What we did while MC was Down:It's interesting to find out that when ones routine of playing Minecraft with some of the lads comes to a halt due to some sort of "Minecraft.net" connection, we do not really know what to do. It sounds stupid doesn't it?
But it really isn't. I play other games. I love to play FIFA13, and a bit of Skyrim, but its easy to say that Minecraft is my main game and I am more dedicated to Minecraft than any other sort of computer game. However, when this is taken away from me, I honestly wasn't in the mood to do much else, mostly because once I'v got it into my mind that I want to play Minecraft, its a big disappointment not to have that. Mostly because myself and a few friends have been working on this massive city project for months, and at every opportunity we want to expand on this wonderful project!
The really funny thing is that the first thing myself and two of my friends did when we learnt that we could not go on Minecraft is that we began just to send pictures and images to each other of things like Meme's and generally funny pictures! It was hilarious!
What I really Realised...
However, what this has shown me is that, without Minecraft, Id be stuck with games where I cannot express myself nor can I build my own perfect City! I'v found that there is no other game quite like Minecraft, and it would be a gigantic challenge to try and replace Minecraft's game-play, creativity, potential, and community! So what's this all about?
What I'm trying to say is that without a game like Minecraft, my life would not be so different really. On my weekends I'd still be out with friends, and during the week still in my routine. But with Minecraft, I have a little bonus. A little get away from reality and the worlds pressures and problems! A game where I can build what I want, create my own theme and play easily with friends.
It won't last forever, lets Enjoy!
So From now, I will appreciate this game a little more. But remember, the day will come where Minecraft will be dead and long forgotten (even though I truly believe this will be years, maybe decades). Nevertheless, let's enjoy this fantastic game and have fun while it's still going strong!
