Why cant i install mods on minecraft??

hello





i was wondering if YOU might know why i cant do it


wen i have installed everything the RIGHT way my


and i log in i only get a black screen. x(





so if any of those polite and nice minecraft players whould are taking some of their presiouce time to take a look at my little problem i would realy and i mean REALY appreciate it.

Some mods need modloader or modloader(the other 1) but if u have mac 10.4 u cant install mods

You probably haven't deleted META-INF.

The balck screen thing can be sorted by deleteing the bin folder however i cant install mods fornsome reason either
