why do all servers look the same

so is it just me or dose every server look like this -

FACTIONS-PVP-MOBARENA-SURVIVALGAMES-MULTIVERSE-SHOPS-MINECRAFT


How do you pick them apart i go on one server and its quiet and kinda nice then i go on another im getting hit in the face with auto messages saying MOBARENA - JOIN NOW


and stuff like that and i really don't get how you guys choose and i always notice theres always 2 or three people asking for op or admin like completely spamming the chat until the server lags out and i cant stand it anyway if you guys know any servers that are nice to play on or have any ideas for mine so it dose not turn out like theres i would appreciate it

Try and enforce the rules. If you can see Someone is spamming or Griefing a lot you kick them and give them 1 out of three strikes. (Three strikes could mean bann forever or just for a bit or not bad at all!)

Ba55ment.net has been my favorite so far, my only issue is I live in the U.S.A and the server is out of Europe so sometime's I get laggy . but I have tried huge server's small and medium . This server has plenty of friendly's a few griefer's but never bother you for money. I hate when server's ask for money specially to rank up, Ba55ment is all about the build's which is much respected on my end.

on my server i would never ask for money but if they offered a donation i would gladly accept it can be hard dishing 150 dollars a month out for a server and only gaining people asking for op

Good servers are rare indeed. Ive spent weeks looking for them, and so far, every time ive found one, it went down.

i would say they go down because its some kid saved a years pocket money to buy a server for a month but yer i just dot get it

The good servers I played on were all hosted on the owners computer.
