Well on first hand, they want to be in the light of dat sun! Another is the lava well what the heck! Its GOTTA HURT to swim around lava. Geez, you would cry if your a ghast. They also cry because they cant kill you! And, even if they do hit you, you dont die xD. They also were rejects of their family, and they squeal. So Yeah!
