There is many griefers out there, we all know that. but the question of many is Why? the reson why is because they have issues in social life that they take all of there stress out on others through a video game, they do not reconize that when you grief and hack a server they are being jerks and no one likes them and then it just makes everyone sad and they are happy, that is called cyber bullying and it is not right. so if some one starts to grief do not just ban them ask them what is wrong and why they are having a bad day

Sometimes they do it because someone griefed them and they don't know how to contact an admin.

honestly griefers only grief cuz they find it just as amusing to them as playing kindly seems to us, aVo griefs servers which are affiliated with those who annoyed them so they have fun by being total pricks back
i have only griefed one server, and it was that of which belonged to a griefing team who griefed my server

did not have enogh money to pay for it anymore, the guy that hosted it took away the deal so i can not pay 70 dollars a month for it :/
