There is a Minecraft mod with Pokemon in them, but Mojang and Game Freak should team up and make a first-person Pokemon game with some Minecraft elements like mobs. If you hit a mob it will attack you and the wolf is like that. If you hit a mob with a wolf it will attack it. So Minecraft does have some Pokemon elements in it. But unfortunately you cannot level up your wolf and it will not do more heart damage.
