Wierd Redstone

Hi I am a new map maker. While I was working on my first map the redstone pulsers stopped pulsing. Anyone know what happened? I really need to know because I want my first map to be good.

I am pretty sure that after a while pulsers will run out and they will just stop working all of a sudden. That is most likely what happened here.

If you need rapid pulsers I would suggest this design

Glitch.... Some sort of it xD if that isnt a glitch you need a repeater to let the redstone torch cools down!
