Meet Wrought, the Decepticons’ own personal smelter.
This is War for Cybertron: Earthrise Ironworks with a Toyhax label set applied to him. It converts the good-natured Autobot construction base into a cruel pyromaniac named Wrought (Like wrought iron, get it?) It adds conveyor belts leading into a furnace, where Autobot bodies are smelted down into scrap. Using his crane arm, Wrought can lift scrap metal from the piles around him and drop them on the conveyor belt, or he can pick up the melted Autobot bodies and drop them in a pile. If it comes to it, the crane arm is also equipped with a flamethrower to burn piles of scrap or enemy Autobots.
I also sometimes repurpose this figure as Shattered Glass version of Ironworks, even though he has a G2 Decepticon symbol on his shoulder.
The figure in the background is Shattered Glass Collection Ultra Magnus
