this is a caves only version of my caves and caverns datapack to show the concept of what a cave update would look like with out the cliffs if mojang had wanted to split 1.17 and do a proper cave update the world is limited from -64 to 128 with 1.18 range for building

I removed the cliff biomes added so any renamed biomes remain since every biome can be a cliff now I just removed the 3D ones one layer of surface biomes now
