                  What does Advanced Smelting do?
The Furnace is one of the first blocks you get in the game and allows you to transform items using a fuel (usually wood and coal). It is used to obtain the stone from cobblestone, melt minerals such as iron and gold, cook food, and much more. But what if I told you that this Datapack adds even more recipes to this block and its "specialized" versions (Blast Fornace, Smoker and Campfire)?
Advanced Smelting adds new useful and balanced recipes and improves some pre-existing Minecraft recipes. What do I mean by improving? Well, there are some not very convenient recipes, even from the point of view of experience... who would ever melt an iron armor to obtain a single, microscopic nugget? Maybe from experience? Not even! You only get 0.1 Exp! Well, if you have Advanced Smelting among the Datapacks of the world, this recipe will not seem so useless!
Ah, if only you could access the Blast Burnace during Nether Survival ... Wait! What a fool! Advanced Smelting takes care of this! Yes, that's right, Advanced Smelting adds an alternative crafting recipe for the Blast Furnace replacing the smooth stone with polished basalt, so you can craft it even during Nether Survival!

                  Only Furnace

                  Furnace and Blast Furnace

                  Furnace, Smoker and Campfire

                  Compatibility with Minecraft Versions
Advanced Smelting is compatible with all versions of Minecraft from 1.14 to 1.16.x.
For obvious reasons all the recipes concerning blocks and/or items belonging to a version lower than 1.16 will not be available, but the others will work correctly.
Theoretically, some Advanced Smelting furnace recipes should also work in versions below 1.14, but I'm not sure. If you want, try it yourself and tell me up to which version this Datapack can work!

                  Coming Soon...
New versions coming soon with more recipes!
This Datapack also grows thanks to your suggestions. If you have any advice pertinent to the objective of the Datapack do not hesitate to express yourself in the comments! Criticisms are also accepted, provided they are constructive.

As you can see from my other two datapacks you can see how it is a coincidence that they have the same name. The design of my Advanced Smelting started from the time of the release of the first versions of Advanced Stonecutting, so I have not copied or taken anything from you. We just had similar ideas at similar times.
Anyway, I have now seen your Advanced Smelting page and I can still confirm that there was no copy. Some of my recipes that may seem the same to you as some of yours are actually different because I changed the amount of XP, also in this datapack there are many other different recipes from my head. I hope this is all cleared up and there are no problems.

Yes, exactly, the recipes of this and also of my other two Datapacks are designed to be useful and balanced. They improve the player's survival experience without significantly benefiting him.
