This pack may be one of the smallest, simplest packs ever but it adds something awesome... Air Balloons!
Rarely in Sunflower Plains biomes, you'll find an Air Balloon waiting for you on the ground. This is a vehicle that you can enter and fly wherever you like! There are 4 varieties of balloon (appearance-wise), and they all function the same way.
Don't forget the resource pack!
Controlling your Air Balloon is extremely simple - just move it the same way you would if you were walking on the ground. The only difference is that you'll also need to specify whether the balloon should be ascending or descending, and this is simple too.
When you board an Air Balloon, you'll be given a Lufter (a new item that looks like a hot air balloon); when it's your main-hand item, you'll ascend, and when it isn't, you'll descend. When you touch down on the ground again, moving as normal will simply exit the balloon (and take away your Lufter); just board again to fly somewhere else!
It's literally just that simple. A nice tip is that the Air Balloons technically count as Villages, and so some combination of /locatebiome (for Sunflower Plains) and /locate (for Village) might help you find an Air Balloon more quickly.
I suppose the best tip is to make sure that the first open slot in your hotbar is selected when you board. This ensures that you transition from walking directly into moving the balloon when you enter it, with no further effort required.

First problem, when I joined game a giant sunflower field generated next to my base and cut ocean in half.
Second problem, when I land and get off the air ballon, the levitation effect is not dissapearing.
As to the second, there is not enough information here to determine the cause. That being said, the pack was only tested with vanilla, and with no mods and no other data packs. If trying the pack under these conditions doesn't yield the expected results, I'd recommend uninstalling Minecraft and re-installing it.
