When a mob is given the tag "frostwalker" they have the power of the frost walker enchant if a player is given the tag then they will get the power and they wont have to have the enchant on anything to turn water into ice. If a player with the power is underwater or sneaking then the ability will be deactivated.

cool but you should call it arcane power instead of powers as there's only one power. Unless you plan on updating it soon with more.
