How to use it?
1. To change the pose, just press PCM in the area indicated in the figure. It doesn't matter if there is armor on the stand or some item in your hands, it will work!
2. To remove the stone slab, give him a glass panel. So that she would appear again, give him a smoothed stone slab.
3. To make him invisible, give him an invisibility potion. If you need to see him again, give him a bucket of milk or break a block under him.

I have looked long for a datapack or mod wich is doing exactly that, but
is there a way to get the normal pose without the arms?

Otherwise, it works very well :)
