  • Drop elytra and a chestplate above an anvil to merge them into one item.
  • Drop the merged item above a grindstone to separate them again.
  • Enchantments are kept safely between merging and separating.
  • Burning a netherite armored elytra will keep the chestplate but burn off the elytra.
  • It is unfortunately impossible to display both the chestplate and the armor on the player model.
To uninstall Armored Elytra, enter "/function armored_elytra:uninstall", remove the data pack file, and enter "/reload".

Is this the one from Vanilla Tweaks? Might want to add that into the description for people specifically looking for VT DP. There are a lot of clones (88 results when searching "elytra") out there after all.

I uploaded it here before I ported it to Vanilla Tweaks. I will most likely eventually remove it, or at least have it direct to VT instead of my personal site.
