Baby Dragon! For Minecraft Java 1.20.2+
The Baby Dragon is a derpy, adorable new companion that will aid you in combat.

To find it, you must hatch the dragon egg and tame it! Be warned, while it is a pretty tough little dude, there is only ONE dragon egg. If it dies, you can't get another one...

Hatching: When the egg spawns after defeating the Ender Dragon, it will not hatch. You must collect the dragon egg and place it somewhere else for the egg to hatch, at which point it will take 15 minutes to hatch. You can cut this time in half by placing the egg on a Purpur block!
Taming: Once it has hatched, the first person to right-click on it will bond to it.
Behavior: This dude behaves similarly to a wolf, but with some additional behavior. You can make it sit/stand by right clicking on it, and it will attack anything you hurt or that hurts you with the exception of Creepers. When aggro'd, these guys will lunge at their targets, and sometimes will leap into the air and dive-attack their opponent.
Stats:
Health: 100 (50 hearts)
Attack damage: 5 (2.5 hearts)
Dive attack damage: 10 (5 hearts)
Also has permanent Regeneration I.
