Archaeology Overhaul! is a data pack with the goal of improving archaeology to be both more rewarding and more fun! Building on the base platform Mojang has released, this pack adds 3 new relics and a new structure called the "Lost Temple".
Relics
Ceremonial Netherite Dagger
This dagger is a weapon with mediocre damage, but a very fast recharge speed. It effectively brings back pre-1.9 combat! It also gives you a small speed buff when held in your main hand.

Horn of the Heavens
This custom goat horn cycles the weather whenever it's blown. It also has a custom sound!

Totem of Recall
This new totem allows you to set a Recall Point, and then teleport yourself to it at any time, consuming the totem in the process. When in your offhand, right click to set your Recall Point. Then, the next time you right click with it in your offhand, it will teleport you to your Recall Point

The Lost Temple spawns in the Jungle, Badlands, Savannah and Taiga biomes. It is a rare and profitable structure, filled with traps, obstacles, and usually(tm) a single relic to find.

When you find this structure, dig down directly in the middle of the surface temple and you should find yourself in the structure. There is also custom suspicious sand/gravel that can offer additional great loot, such as golden apples, bundles, and even Totems of Undying!

Speaking of bugs, I've only found a few in my testing as of the full release of 1.20:
-The structure often generates with parts on the surface, especially when spawning on mountainous terrain
-The treasure room (where the custom items spawn) occasionally fails to generate after around 5000 blocks from spawn. The room reappears in generation about 25000 blocks out
-Rooms often generate flooded
-The parkour room sometimes generates with the trap already triggered (the guardian spirit has spawned and the sand has filled the room, but the item is still there)
As for new features, I thought of a few cool additions:
New artifacts:
-A blowgun that shoots poison darts
-A map to a nearby trail ruins
-An ancient mask that makes zombies neutral to the player
New Rooms:
-A room with an ore block in the center that, when mined, slowly submerges the room in water as the room's openings slowly close off (similarly to the treasure room) so the player has to A. swim out of the doorway before it closes, Indiana Jones style, or B. flip levers in the correct order to shut off the trap and drain the room
-A treasure room where the player must fight off waves of undead instead of a parkour challenge to escape
