You should add some bonus effects to these weapons to make them more thematic to the bosses that drop them. The Warden Axe should give Blindness/Slow to those it hits, The Withered Blade should apply 2s of Wither, the Ender Bow should apply the 'Enderman' mechanic where if you get hit in melee you get teleported to a random block in a 16 block diameter (with a 120s CD), and the Tridents should give Waterbreathing and Strength 1/Thorns 1 (one or the other for each respective trident)

I think there is a tellraw or detectable way to find if the item is in hand or not, than have it execute from there. Unfortunately I am unable to work on datapacks at the moment beyond knowing their mechanics... In the future maybe! And if I do, credit will be there!

Suggestion:-

1. Change the name of the datapack from "Boss Weapons" to "Boss Loot Drops" so people will actually get what are they looking for.
2. Make a new datapack which adds Knockback enchantment to Trident by default. Man I am gonna be real serious, I don't even use trident for anything on land, what I use is Netherite Sword and Bow. Trident is literally useful only inside the oceans. Nothing else. Make it actually useful on land by adding Knockback 3 on it.

its supposed to be focused on the weapons the other drops are just an addition

maybe ill add the knockback in a later update to the impaling one

i want to keep the riptide one without knockback

Its actually good thing. It makes people like me actually try defeat the EnderDragon instead of upgrading and stuff.
