So,I was working on this for a few days because I like both the game Bug Fables and Minecraft so I thought it'd be fun. (Though,I haven't played to the end yet so I'm not sure if team Snakemouth gets more than Vi,Kabbu and Leif)
The thing is,I'm having trouble booting up minecraft so I had my friend boot up this datapack to check that it works. It's obviously not finished but I thought it'd be fun to see what the internet could give me as advice and maybe suggest some things I could try adding. I could also update this and write up what each version of the datapack has at the time of each update so I can keep track of my progress just in case.
So,here we are. It is also worth mentioning I did this using the origin creator over on github as it makes it easier to create these types of datapacks.
(It's set for 1.18.2+ so I'd recommend not trying to use it on any lower version)

immune to the cold (only Leif)
A Bee's favourite food(honey part)
Wallhits Don't Kill

Bugs and Armor (No chestplates)
Bug Diet (Vegetarian)
Bug Life (6 hearts)
Bug Wings (elytra flight)
Ice Ice Baby (Cold biomes cause damage)
Cold Body (the nether hurts,only Leif)
Cold as a Moth (slow down enemies,only Leif)
Greedy Soul (permanent luck and haste,only Vi)
Heavy Body (slower swimmer,only Kabbu)
A Bee's favourite food (being able to eat honey/-comb,only Vi)
A Stinkbug's horn (ramming others into the air,only Kabbu)
Moth Vision (permanent night vision,only Leif)
Secret Storage (built-in enderchest,only Kabbu)
Stinger (harm enemies in self-defense,only Vi)
Stinkbug Armor (take less damage,only Kabbu)

Powers are currently unbalanced but the team has 10 powers for each member,including hidden ones. I wasn't sure how to make Vi's boomerang work for the datapack so I had to leave it out.
