Builder's Plate

For those who want to do a larger project in a particular biome and move on, this large, flattened checkerboard may suit well. It is modified to ensure water in river and ocean biomes, with expanses that require a significant render distance to see both ends of a biome.






In the screenshots, you can see a village and a mansion, both dwarfed by the square of biome they spawned in.

While this pack was made with the current version of Minecraft, it should be compatible as far back as the release of the Pale Garden biome.

Previous releases would require the removal of the Pale Garden biome from the list of generated biomes in all three dimensions, and may have to rename the 'structure' nbt folder found in scmsizes to 'structures' in older versions.


This pack overrides a fair bit of the basic world generation, and will conflict with a number of mods that change how the terrain generates. As a quirk of how I got the basalt deltas and eroded badlands to spawn, it may generate those terrain options on top of any structures added to these biomes, potentially burying them and/or burning them down.
