    Instructions:
    Download the datapack and the texture pack
    The item is a retextured spyglass and it has 2 uses:
    1. holding sneak allows you to flash the camera and it reveals entities on 2 ticks in a 24-block radius and also stuns entities for 2 seconds in a 12-block radius.
    2. holding right click makes it zoom and it has a camera POV.
    (The camera flash has a 2.5 second cooldown)
