The CAMP Counselor (or CAMP Trader) datapack adds a dude that spawns into the world daily with a random buy and sell trade. It does take a bit of work to set up, so make sure to watch the video to learn how to do that.

So, what does the Camp Counselor do?

The Camp Counselor can be traded with daily to obtain camp bucks, an exclusive currency. These can be traded back to the Counselor to get valuable items. The Counselor has 30+ things he is willing to buy, and 60+ things he can sell. The prices and trades are fully randomized. Every Minecraft day it will spawn into the world and walk to the spawn location. Upon spawning, it will get a random “buy” and “sell” trade. Each trade can only be done 4 times per day. It encourages you to farm a multitude of different items to obtain camp bucks to be used to buy less farmable items.

To install, follow the instructions contained in the “instructions.txt” file included in the download. If you are still having issues installing or want help knowing how to do something with the pack, ask for help on our discord.
