This datapack adds 40 collectible plushies via textured player heads to loot tables and a new plush trader villager, which you can get by renaming a villager to "plush". loot tables should be the same as vanilla, but with a chance for plushies to appear alongside the normal loot.

I'm not the original author, but I patched the pack so that it should now work in 1.16.

New pack is here:

Just download the code and then put the "collectible-plushies" folder in your datapacks folder. I'll work on getting it zipped up and set as a release when I have more time.

Original author is also welcome to take my updates and integrate them into the original pack... not trying to step on any toes here. ;)

Hi, Mendanbar! I want to download the pack you made, but my anti-virus thing said your addon was a virus. Is there an explanation for that?

I'm actually working on a version 2.0 at the moment with more plushies, all my own textures, more features, and possibly compatibility options with other popular data packs. I didnt want to bother with such a small update while I already have that much on my plate

Yeah no worries. My kids love the plushies and so I just wanted to make the small change for 1.16 compatibility. Def looking forward to 2.0.

haha thats funny cuz im currently working on a plushie datapack that adds them but in a way that wont replace loot tables hopefully and a way for you to "animate" them and turn them into pets near your end-game.

That sounds amazing. The loot table thing does make this datapack fairly non-stackable with other packs.
