I also wanted a way to crafted them as they are a very good looking sculk block! You need to use a crafting table; you need 2 bone blocks and 1 sculk sensor. You place a bone block on the left and right, and place the sensor in the middle. Then you grab your new sculk shrieker and do whatever you want to do with it!
