📦 What is this Datapack?
This datapack introduces a dynamic damage indicator system in Minecraft that uses particles to provide visual feedback when mobs are hit. Unlike standard damage indicators, it intelligently categorizes mobs by their height — short, normal, and tall — and adjusts effects accordingly.
From squashing a silverfish to battling a towering warden, each creature reacts with satisfying clarity — no mods required!

🧠 Entity-aware — categorizes mobs based on hitbox height
📏 Mob Height Categories
Mobs are dynamically grouped into three tiers:
🟢 Short Mobs (< 1 block tall)
- Parrot, Bee, Allay
- Silverfish, Endermite
- Axolotl, Tropical Fish, Bat
🟡 Medium Mobs (1 – 2.8 blocks tall)
- Zombies, Skeletons, Villagers, Pillagers
- Blazes, Illusioners, Players
- Most hostile and passive mobs
🔴 Tall Mobs (≥ 2.8 blocks tall)
- Endermen, Wardens, Iron Golems
- Ravagers, Snow Golems, Wither
- Ender Dragon (yes, even the big boy!)
Each group has a custom entity type tag file, making it easy to expand or edit categories.
