Based on This Reddit Post, I made this datapack which does what is suggested in the post and it's comments.
Changes made in this datapack:
- Evoker's health increased from 12 to 20 Full Hearts.
- Vex's health decreased from 7 to 4 Full Hearts.
- Vex's base damage decreased to 2.5 on any difficulty (since I don't know how to do it based on difficulty, unless I would create it for every difficulty individually, which wouldn't be so hard).
- All Vexes in an area teleport in front of an Evoker when it's damaged.
- Vexes die if there are no Evokers in the area (30 block radius).

If you're planning to remove the datapack afterwards, run this command/function before you remove it :
/function evokerplus:remove
This will remove the scoreboards added by the datapack.
