Extra Death Messages

This data pack adds 4 new death messages! 2 from older versions of the game, and 2 of them I thought of myself!

<Player> was doomed to fall

You get this death message when a player/mob hits you and makes you fall and die of fall damage! This death message is unused in new versions of Minecraft, but was added in the snapshot 13w05a and removed in the snapshot 13w47a

<Player> fell from a high place and into a pool of lava

You get this death message when you fall into some lava and then die! This death message is unused in new versions of Minecraft, but was added in the snapshot 13w02a and removed in the snapshot 13w05a

<Player> fell off a wall and had a great fall

You get this death message when you fall off a wall and die of fall damage! I thought of this one myself, do you get the reference?

<Mob/Player> and <Mob/Player> were playing tennis, <Player> was the ball

You get this death message when 2 mobs or player hit you between each other, I thought of this one myself
