Changes Ender Eyes to be harder to make, extending progression.
To compensate for the expensive recipe, ender chests mined without Silk Touch will always drop one ender eye, and end crystals can now optionally use dragon breath instead of an ender eye. (The old end crystal recipe remains so that if you don't collect enough dragon breath, you can still revive the dragon.)
