Harder Gear Crafting.

This pack remakes some recipes to make the progression of gear a little harder.

• Ores give nuggets instead of ingots
• Gear and tools are made in the same fashion as diamond to netherite.

The progression for armor goes: chainmail->iron->gold->diamond->netherite.
All weapons and tools progress as: wooden->stone->iron->gold->diamond->netherite.

Wooden tools are made the same, but to get the next tier you'll use the smithing table in the same way as you would for diamond to netherite.
The stone upgrade uses smooth stone, iron and gold use their respective ingot, and diamond uses a whole block per upgrade. If i can find a better replacement for a diamond block i'll switch to that, but it's a block due to needing 9 nuggets for one ingot.
The recipe for chains have also been tweaked to make getting chainmail a little easier.
