Show Health
Player Health Indicator - See HP on nametag, tab menu and more! Minecraft Data Pack

A simple and light Data Pack for showing the health points of a player in:

  • Tab Menu
  • Scoreboard
  • Under the name

Usage:

  1. Do /reload
  2. Click on Click Here, or do /function h:start
  3. Click on here, or do /function h:panel
  4. Set Up the data pack by clicking on the interface
If you can't click on the setup panel:
a = enable
d = disable

bar = scoreboard
tab = tab menu
name = under the name

example: /function h:atab
A = enable
tab = tab menu
Enable hp on the tab menu

Remove:

ATTENTION, by removing the data pack using this procedure all the settings that you set will be reset
  1. Do /function h:remove
  2. Do /datapack disable "file/Health"
  3. Remove the Data Pack from the datapack folder

Sorry for the late response, to show the player head you need to host your world in a server
Edit: I think that you can also use open to lan but I'm not sure

I couldn't get it to work, then I remembered some datapacks need to be unzipped, So I unzipped and ran the command. It worked! I left a Diamond and liked this datapack cause it's the only health display datapack that works and shows all the options at once. Great Job!

How exactly did you get the heart icon to show up in the player name? Were you using resource packs to get custom fonts, because I don't see any sort of resource pack.
