How to craft magic wand?

All you need is:
1 diamond
4 ice
You should throw all ingridients together
Then you've got special diamond
You must put it in your second hand

Cool! You have Magic wand.

Wand abilities:
1. You can turn water to ice
2. You can turn lava to blue ice
3. You can turn entities to ice (limit-4)
4. You can extinguish fire

Passive abilities:
1. Water turns in ice under your feet
2. All arrows and fireballs turns into snow and snowflakes near you
3. You have regeneration level 10 forever!

Second ability:
If you put your wand in second hand you can fly!
