This datapack allows you to leash any mob to any entity.

  • To leash any mob, drop a lead near them.
  • To attach them to another entity, drop a string near the other entity.
  • You can double leash mobs by dropping string next to 2 leashed mobs.
  • You can leash and attach mobs using dispensers.
  • Some entities cannot be leashed, (Boats, Minecarts, Items, etc.) but can have other mobs leashed to them.
  • Hostile mobs that are leashed can still despawn. (Unless named)
  • Some mobs that are leashed may not try to move. (Villagers, Hostile mobs, etc.)
