Level Up
is a Skill Datapack. Level your Skills by playing.
Use /trigger Dashboard to view your Skills
Use /trigger Settings to view the Admin Panel and Disable/Enable Skills or Reset Progress
Now with Advancements :)
- Walking (based on Distance walked)
- Level 1 requires 12,000 Blocks walked
- Sprinting (based on Distance Sprinted)
- Level 1 requires 15,000 Blocks Sprinted
- Jumping (number of times jumped)
- Level 1 requires 2,000 Jumps
- Swimming (Distance swimming)
- Level 1 requires 100,000 Blocks spent Swimming (which is a lot but after reaching you get dolphins grace)
- Diving (Time spent under Water)
- Level 1 requires 15 minutes spent underwater
- Mining (Blocks Mined [Ores and Stonelike blocks])
- Level 1 requires 2,000 Blocks mined
- Combat (Milestones like killing Bosses or killing x amount of x Mob)
- A level is gained by Killing The Wither/Enderdragon/Warden
- Killing 100 Blazes grants a Level
- And more
Not all Skills give you a permanent effect. Sprinting for Example gives some Saturation periodically instead. Swimming only activates while underwater.

how to get level up further? is it double the amount of first level?
i have max of every other level at this point and its hurting my completionist self
I'm guessing you are probably using an older Version of my Data Pack that still has some bugs,
I have since released a few Updates put didn't upload them here only on Modrinth.
I have now Uploaded the newest Version here which should work.
You should be able to exchange the new version with the old without loosing any Progress and most of the Combat Skill Progress should take Effect once you Update <3
And can I also ask for help to explain to me how to disable the loss of all skills when using the totem of immortality? It gets in the way very much when you are in battle. I tried to find something in the datapack files that is responsible for this, but I could not find it.

Otherwise 1.20.3/4 might have broken something i haven't used that version yet.
also playin' now like.. 1 hour? and jumping non-stop? you sure it's 1,500 jumps? it took a darn long time to reach lvl 1
also what is this value? it def. is not to add/set the lvls.. (i would like to see the value, since idk if a reset also resets the value?)

also is there a config where i can change the requirements to reach the levels? and if the effects are permanent/periodically?
like sprinting unlocks "less saturation usage" and with each level your metabolism gets more efficient or you get a little bit faster?
also do axes or my fists count as weapons? (Combat)

The Settings/Dashboard thing is an easy fix.
In terms of Config Options Level Requirements is something I want to make easier Currently it is quite hidden and you might break something by accident
The Combat Skill doesn't care if you use your fists, a Sword, or an Axe to kill the Mobs
I have to admit I didn't try out if the Mod versions work as intended as I assumed they would just work because they are just the data pack, but I did try it out now and it works as expected for me.
Also, I did change some Values which I forgot to update here it's 2000 Jumps for Level 1 but you should have achieved that within an hour. If you do "/scoreboard players get @s lvl_Jumps" it should show how many times you jumped so far :)
If you do check the Jumps and have surpassed 2000 without earning the Jump Boost effect feel free to comment again and maybe we can figure out the Problem together through Discord or something :)
