I have made a Fully working Magmacubeboss, that you can spawn in your world. It also drops a very useful Magmacube Head, that grants fire ressistance. But watch out its very difficult to defeat this boss, even with full netherite armor. Have Fun fighting this Mob :-)

Update 1.1:
-The boss now spawns smaller Magma Cubes instead of a wiher skeleton
-The boss now also break blocks in its hitbox
-The boss now has a increased follow range
-The summoning now costs 64 Magmablocks and 1 netherite scraps (The items also disappear)
-The Magma Cube Head also grants 5 armor and 3 armor toughness

maybe there could be a way to level up said head and make it stronger and stronger? if thats too much to ask then im sorry for wasting you time
A few suggestions:
- I think the boss should summon smaller magma cubes when at low health, in large numbers. These would swarm the player and add more variety to the battle, which is currently quite monotonous.
- I think it should also break the terrain, to prevent it from being farmed by suffocation methods. This could be done by making it have a small chance to cause explosions or break blocks in its hitbox when it takes damage.
- I think it should have increased follow-range (if it doesn't already)
- I think the summoning is a bit too cheap - I think a netherite scrap should be needed, and it should be consumed in the summoning.
- I think the Magmacube Head should provide armour and armour toughness equal to or more than netherite armour, to make up for the disadvantage.
