I have made a datapack that makes it less painful to die in minecraft by making it so that all of your items stay in one place and dont fly away and the datapack also tells you the coordinates of the place you died. I hope you will not need this datapack but i hope you will be glad to have it if you die :-)

Small Note: It is possible that the datapack may not work if you have the gamerule doImmediateRespawn set to true or if another person dies immediatly after the first person died.

thank you so much. This datapack will help so many people that dont just wanna use a plugin. It gets very annoying for me and definately tons of others to always have to remember where exactly you died.

I thought I would make it, cause i dont like searching my stuff, but i also dont like it to use keepinventory as it is kinda cheaty.

It is a gamerule, so it is not totally cheating, is specially useful for training and when using creative.

Nobody said that its not useful, but we think, that keepinventory for a normal survival world is cheating

exactly. KeepInventory is kinda cheating but this makes it much easier to find your things.

And to be honest, it wasn't even that hard to make this datapack, but there are many people that can`t create datapacks but still need such a quality of life datapack.
