Essentially, this is just a data pack prevents stuff that are unaffected by peaceful mode, from spawning. This primarily affects annoying mobs like sheep, cows, chickens, etc. This isn't survival friendly; as it is made for creative testing worlds, in which, you don't wanna be bothered by peaceful mobs.
