"Minecraft But It's Insanely Hard" is a datapack designed to make Minecraft significantly harder by increasing the stats of mobs and giving them insane abilities. If you like a challenge and if you like things to be intense and chaotic then this is the datapack for you!
What Does It Add?
Do I have to download a different file for 1.15 or 1.16?
No, the same file works with both 1.16.*, 1.15.* and 1.14.*
Do I Need The Resource Pack?
No, but it will improve your game-play experience. (especially for the dragon fight.)
Is it multiplayer compatible?
Yes, but it may not work well on bad servers.

What Abilities Do The Mobs Have?
Piglin Brute
They have 90% knockback resistance and move slightly slower to compensate.
Hoglin/Zoglin
They charge at the player, dealing armor-penetrating damage. Hoglins have a low chance to turn into a zoglin when killed.
Piglin
Piglins have a low chance to convert into zombified piglins upon death.
Bees
1.15 exclusive (duh!), they now are always aggressive and they don't lose their stinger.
Squid
The squid is now a homing missile that targets the nearest player within 10 blocks and explodes upon
impact. It goes faster in water than on land.

Cow & Pig
They now psuedo-explode (doesn't do damage to surrounding area or entities) upon being hit and begin to attack the player.
Fish
They now poison you when you touch them. :)
Bat
They now bite you and suck your blood if they touch you. (See: Witch Buff)
Pufferfish
They now explode in their final layer and leave behind a devastating aoe cloud that somewhat mimics the effects of real-life pufferfish.
Ravager
Attacks faster and does more knockback.
Pillager
Always has Quick Charge III and it's first 5 shots are fireworks.
Vindicator
When a villager gets hit nearby they get Speed I, when an iron golem gets hit nearby they get Speed II and Strength I and when a player gets hit nearby they get Speed II and strength II.
Evoker
Does spells faster.
Phantom
Some phantoms will only have their eyes visible. If a phantom hits you then you will be blinded.
Blaze
Small fireballs spread fire easier and they will back away from the player.
Witch
Teleports and releases bats that slowly die upon taking damage, if you touch the witch you get nauseated because she's that ugly.
Slime
If they hit you, then you will get stuck to the ground and slowed down. Monsters then have a chance to fling you up into the air.
Magma Cube
They place lava upon dying/ splitting.
Stray & Skeleton
They now make you bleed upon hit. You take half a heart of damage every second and you are slowed down.
Spider & Cave Spider
They now shoot cobwebs at you. Which isn't a nice experience.
Enderman
They don't allow you to escape them until they die.
Silverfish & Endermite
They have a low chance to give you a gradual effect that adds on more effects over time until a silverfish bursts out of your leg.
Shulker
The bullets now go faster and directly towards you.
Guardian & Elder Guardian
They now blind you when they hit you. yay.
Zombie
They now go at lightspeed. Just kidding, they only go at about the speed of the player.
Ghast
They now dodge incoming arrows.
Wither
It now explodes when it gets to just above half health it also causes a secondary explosion and spawns 10 wither skeletons.
Tips:
Try to have ways to easily spawn iron golems and snow golems to try to distract the wither & the wither skeletons.

Ender Dragon
The ender dragon now has 3 different phases. And optional custom boss music.
Phase 1:
When all the crystals are destroyed it spawns special endermites that are immune to fall damage, don't give the endermite effect and spawn lightning when coming in contact with the player.
Phase 2:
When the dragon is at 100 to 600 health it starts spawning beacons (not as in the block) at the player that is struck with lightning a few seconds later. (The speed increases the lower the health of the dragon.)
Phase 3:
When the dragon is at 450 health or lower it spawns homing "lightning bolts" that summon lighting upon touching the player. It also damages endermen within a radius of 40 to prevent lag.
Tips:
Bring enderpearls and a water bucket to counter being launched up in the air, always try to keep moving. Lureing the endermites into the dragon breath will help to clear them out. Have plenty of gapples and instant health potions.

Getting poisoned when hitting the pufferfish way too close to it, so you'll have to use a trident or a bow.
Fish... they are fish...
Cows and pigs.... i don't see the need to make them Hostile, their meat is helpful, but they aren't golden apples.
Chickens, carelessly eating their meat raw could be way more dangerous than it is already, same for other raw meats/fish.
I can't think of anything more... but yeah, some less randomness would help the experience.
