The title is pretty self explanatory. This pack makes it so you can't break wood until you have the advancement hidden in the depths, which you get by mining ancient debris. Basically, you have to find other ways to get different pickaxes to climb your way up to a diamond one. If you accidentally do mine wood before netherite, you will be put into spectator mode.

Tips on how to beat this datapack
  • villagers.

  • dead bushes for sticks.

  • get to the nether with ruined portals

  • loot chests can have tools and other useful things.

  • bastion remnants sometimes have ancient debris in their chests. place it and then break it.

you have a couple of options. 1: you can get sticks from dead bushes, and kill an iron golem or something for iron (or find it in a loot chest) and work your way up starting at iron.
2: you could trade a toolsmith villager up to master level and get a diamond pickaxe from him.

In order to get to the nether, you either need a diamond pickaxe to get obsideian, or use ruined portals
