- Players now have a chance to be infected with the zombie virus when hit by any zombie type
  - Can be cured with a god apple, players may not find out they are infected right away

  - Brute
  - Fast Zombie
  - The Salamander (Will pick up and eat players)
  - Unstable Zombie (Will explode periodically at varying intensities)

- Resource pack revamps husk and zombie textures

- Zombie spawn rates have been increased 4x and no longer burn in daylight

  - Barbed Wire Bat
  - Stun Baton
  - Crowbar

- New Structures
  - RV
  - Hospital
  - Barnhouse
  - Hunter House

- Blood Moon
- New 'Blood Moon' event added that occurs on the fifth day and every eight moon cycles after
  - All zombies will be able to break blocks during blood moons
