Paint's Cooldown Tracker is a datapack where when you stand on a cooling-down Trial Spawner, a timer is displayed on your actionbar to show how long until the Spawner is active again.
If the skulls of the Trial Spawner are white, then it's in regular cooldown. If they have black eyes, it's cooling down from an Ominous Trial.
To unload this datapack and all its scoreboard objectives, use `/function paint:pct/unload`
To get a help book, use `/function paint:pct/help`

* When a Trail Spawner is not in cooldown, a "Not in cooldown" message will be displayed. Given that these blocks activate when you see them and they are otherwise in cooldown, it's unlikely anyone would ever see this message unless they are in Creative Mode.
