Peaceful Playthrough - A datapack made for Minecraft Survival

By using this datapack, you are going to be able to get every single item, that is usually unobtainable in Peaceful difficulty, without using any form of cheating, giving you the full experience of a Minecraft Survival Playthrough.
If you prefer to play in Peaceful difficulty over playing in Easy, Normal or even Hard difficulty, this data pack is perfect for you.
Don't worry, getting these special items is still going to be pretty hard and time consuming, especially the super rare and powerful items like the Nether Star or the Totem of Undying.
You can obviously also play this datapack in non-peaceful difficulty. By that, you will get the chance of finding some of these items in a different way than usual.
This datapack should be compatible with Forge and OptiFine for 1.14.4. I can't guarantee the compatibility with other programs, however I don't know why they wouldn't be compatible with a Vanilla Data pack...
I would enjoy getting some feedback on this :D
Also, In my 13+ hours of playtesting I couldn't find a bug, but maybe you find one? Write it in the comments!
I will try updating this data pack on the newest version ASAP, when a new Version gets released. This DataPack currently is only compatible with Version 1.14 of the Java Version.
This DataPack is not compatible with Minecraft Bedrock or the Console Edition. I highly doubt it will ever be.

How are the above named items available?
Blaze Rod:
- Decently rare drop of a Nether Fortress Chest; You will probably need to visit at least 2-3 Nether Fortresses to get enough Blaze Rods to enter the End.
- Shulkers now have an additional 15% chance of dropping a Blaze Rod (so you don't need to search Nether Fortresses for hours post-game and have an additional source)
Eye of Ender:
- Can be found in Stronghold Chests as a decently common drop
Nether Star:
- A very rare drop of a Nether Fortress Chest.
Trident:
- An extremely rare drop of a Shipwreck treasure chest. Comparable to the drop rate of killing a drowned with Looting III.
Magma Cream:
- A common drop of a Nether Fortress Chest.
Ghast Tear:
- A common drop of a Nether Fortress Chest.
Totem Of Undying:
- An extremely rare drop of a Woodland Mansion Treasure Chest and Jungle Temple Chest.
- Probably the hardest item to obtain on this list, along with the Nether Star and the Trident, given that Jungle Temples and Woodland Mansions aren't that common to find.
Prismarine Shard:
- A very common drop of a Shipwreck Supply Chest.
- Squibs now drop 0-1 Shards when killed by a player. This can be increased by using the Enchantment Looting.
String:
- Sheeps now drop 0-2 Strings when killed, this can be increased by using the Enchantment Looting.
Bone:
- All Fishes (Cod, Salmon, Tropical, Pufferfish) now drop Bones instead of Bone Meal. The chance of this drop got increased from 5% to 10%. It is not affected by Looting.
Gunpowder:
- Gravel has an additional 30% chance of dropping gunpowder when mined. With the Enchantment Blast Protection this gets increased to 90%, 92.5%,95% and 100%, depending on the level. Fortune will still only affect the drop rate of flint.
-> If you bother using your armor to mine, you will at least get rewarded with very good odds ;)
Phantom Membrane:
- Bats finally have a use and drop a phantom membrane 30% of the time when killed. This cannot be increased with Looting.

Bonus: Which Items are getting removed?
Nether Fortress Chest:
- Flint and Steel
- Golden Chestplate
- Golden Horse Armor
- Obsidian
--> There is nothing that is going to blow up your portal, so why would you need F&S or Obsidian? And Golden Armor is just bad. Got replaced by Ghast Tear, Blaze Rod, Magma Cream and Nether Star.
Shipwreck Chests:
- Bottle o' Enchanting
- Poisonous Potato
Additional Changes:
- Slightly higher drop rate of Iron Ingots, Gold Ingots and Emeralds, to balance out the rarity of the Trident.
--> Nobody needs Poisonous Potatos, they got replaced by Prismarine Shards. Bottle o' Enchanting was removed because it got replaced as the rare drop (by the Trident). You can still find them in Pillager Outposts.
Jungle Temple:
- Golden Horse Armor
--> Replaced by Totem of Undying, which is way more useful.
Woodland Mansion:
- Chainmail Chestplate
--> You can find Diamond Chestplates in the same chests, they even have a comparable drop rate. Got replaced by Totem of Undying.
Stronghold Storage Room Chests:
- Bread
--> You don't need food in peaceful, duh? Got replaced by Eye of Ender, which will be more useful.
- Flint and Steel
- Golden Chestplate
- Golden Horse Armor
- Obsidian
--> There is nothing that is going to blow up your portal, so why would you need F&S or Obsidian? And Golden Armor is just bad. Got replaced by Ghast Tear, Blaze Rod, Magma Cream and Nether Star.
