Very cool datapack, but i dont like the fact that you can only crush 1 flint instead of stacks so it would be nice to see if you could change that :)

An option to enable or disable copper pipes would also help.¿
(It would serve to maintain a certain order and good performance on the servers)

You could add a small cooldown when you power the piston after which some heavy sound is played and piston presses the item

sugar cane=paper
9 slime=slime block
4 string=wool block
stone=cobbl stone
cobble stone- gravel
gravel= flint
nether wart block= 9 nether ward
plants = (their color dye)

these are some great ideas you could use
(I see a lot of progress in this data pack)
