Renewable Diamonds

Does it work in 1.20?

one hour. hope you're willing to wait that long for one extra diamond, hehehe. i actually had my own idea a few months ago of how diamonds could be made renewable. you can build a diamond golem the same as an iron golem (but with diamond blocks instead of iron obviously) and you have to give it one obsidian and one coal block. it will take these, and after 10 minutes, will have a 50% chance to drop 1 diamond dust. diamond dust would essentially just be like iron/gold nuggets, but for diamonds. so 9 diamond dust makes 1 diamond, 1 diamond makes 9 diamond dust. itd also have other uses too, like applying it to iron tools in a smithing table to give them a small one-time upgrade (5% better speed and attack damage), and other stuff. i still have the full idea sketched down somewhere, will have to look for it later
