    The Secret Doors datapack adds two simple things. Fake blocks that resemble vanilla blocks, but can be passed through. You can make a secret door block, then disguise it however you like. They come in two versions. One that can be passed through at all times, and another that stops you from passing through, but on right-click will slide open. And, as one of my side goals for this, I wanted to make it as optimized as possible. I was able to achieve functional secret doors that require 0 ticking functions, meaning it should be perfectly optimized.



    To use the secret doors, simply craft them using the below recipes, then place them into the world like you would any other block.


    For both variants, you can right-click with any type of block to disguise it as that block.


    The Fake Block version can be passed through freely


    For the Fake Door option, you can right-click it with an empty hand to open it, making it able to be passed through.


    To remove the Secret Door, left-click it and it will break and drop back into the world.



    If you need to remove ALL the chairs in your world for whatever reason, such as uninstalling the pack, run /kill @e[​tag=wasd.secret]

    You may use this datapack in whatever video you like, free of charge. My only request: YOU MUST CREDIT ME for my work. "Download in the description" would suffice.




    To install, follow the instructions contained in the "instructions.txt" file included in the download. If you are still having issues installing or want help knowing how to do something with the pack, ask for help on our discord.

    hey!! i really like this datapack, and it's been working great so far, except for one thing: when i use the fake block disguised to look like grass, it only uses the bright green default grass, instead of blending in with the biome. would you know of any way to fix this? thanks!

    I know that it isn't fixable. The grass block doesn't pull the biome color and there isn't a way to force it to.

    I installed the libraries, I installed the package but it doesn't work, are the textures necessary?

    You could modify the resource pack however you like.

    Yes but it doesn't work as I already said above if the textures are not mandatory why doesn't it work?

    Are your textures needed to make it work? or not !

    Hey man! This looks awsome, i'd love to try it but whenever I try to use your dada packs, and i know i've installed it right, I reload my world like in the instructions and it takes forever, I've never gotten to experince ure datapacks beacuase they wont reload.

    There isn't any confirmation message that /reload has finished. You can run /datapack list to see if it is in the list.
