Simple airbending (My first datapack)

Use /function air:crafting to get started

This is a simple airbending datapack that adds a few new features
- Adds a crafting recipe to become an airbender (Use /function air:crafting to get the recepie or /function air:airbend to become aan airbender)
- Adds an advancement when you become an airbender (does not work when using the command)
- Being an airbender gives you infinite slow falling unless you are wearing elytra
- When sneaking on ground you are able to jump higher
- When sneaking on air you can walk on air
- Adds an item in your 9th hotbar slot that can be used to shoot a bullet that damages players and makes them glow but does not affect other      airbenders
