This is a simple datapack that causes the random tick speed to increase when you sleep to simulate the time that has passed. I've always thought this should be a feature in the game since you can't sleep repeatedly.
Once you wake up, the random tick speed is increased for about 1-5 seconds, based on how long you slept, then it is set back to what it was.
It will cause approximately the same amount of random ticks you slept through, which will cause your crops to grow, leaves to decay, etc.
Works in Singleplayer or Multiplayer. Only works in version 1.21. There are no random extra features or dependencies. All feedback is welcome.
Please leave a comment if you have any issues or find any situations where your randomTickSpeed is not set back to the original value.
Anyone may use this datapack anywhere for anything without permission or credit.

Have something to say?
Edit: The worst is probably the simple amethyst farm that crushes every 4 block updates. It will be a bit more likely to break from back-to-back updates, but good designs will have resets or just be time-based already to avoid it. I haven't run into any issues in the 5 months I've been using it on my main farming/redstone world.
