(Notice: This pack is untested below 1.17, but should work all the way down to 1.13)



This datapack allows players with OP to set up scrolls that teleport the player to a specific location. Each scroll is single use and has a specific cooldown. It's as simple as placing an armor stand at the point you want to teleport to and clicking the scroll.

To use scrolls:

1.) Place a SINGLE armor stand either loc1, loc2, etc at a specific location
2.) Use a scroll of the same type to teleport there. You will go into cooldown for using a scroll
3.) OPTIONAL: Use a CD Crystal to reduce cooldown on scrolls to go to another location

If you want to change the name or cooldown you have to edit the files. Message me and I'll walk you though it if you want anything changed.

IMPORTANT FOR INSTALLATION

After first placing the pack into a new world and opening the world run the following commands that are in bold in order to test that everything is set up correctly. You should see a message popup if the pack has been installed correctly.


/tag @s add PackLoader

/function sp_scrolls:uninstall
Note: Please use this uninstall command instead of just disabling the datapack to make sure scoreboards and tags have been removed properly

/datapack enable "file/SPScrolls"




When the pack is uninstalled all teleport markers that don't have the tag of "FORCEDperm" will be deleted.


To add the tag to a particular marker run the following command:

/tag @e[​tag=SPScrollMarker,limit=1,sort=nearest,distance=..10] add FORCEDperm


To remove the tag do the following command:

/tag @e[​tag=SPScrollMarker,limit=1,sort=nearest,tag=FORCEDperm] remove FORCEDperm
