This pack adds six new testing dummies. When hit, they display the amount of damage they took from the hit. Crafting them is simple, surround their specific ingredient with eight leather in the crafting table. If you want to get rid of them, just light a fire at their feet (or, in the case of the aquatic dummy, place down kelp) and they will drop some leather and die.


Here are the types of dummies you can make:

Generic Dummy:
- No Special strengths or weaknesses
- Crafted with sand

Undead Dummy:
- Is healed by harming potions, and harmed by healing potions.
- Doesn't take drowning or poison damage
- Weak against Smite
- Crafted with gravel

Arthropod Dummy:
- Weak against Bane of Arthropods
- Crafted with honeycomb block

Aquatic Dummy:
- Takes damage out of water
- Weak against Impaling
- Can only be placed in water
- Crafted with dried kelp block

Infernal Dummy:
- Hurt by snowballs, water, rain, and splash water bottles
- Immune to fire and lava damage
- Crafted with Netherrack

Armored Dummy:
- Has the same armor value as a player wearing diamond armor
- Generic otherwise
- Crafted with stone

I can place these dummies and hit them how ever I like?

Yes, but not by hitting them. You light a fire beneath the testing dummies to remove them, except for the aquatic one, which requires placing kelp in the block it occupies.

I'll be posting a poll later today for my next datapack, increased attack speed. Please fill it out if you have any interest in that sort of thing or think that attack cooldowns are too slow
