Okay, it's been a couple of years since I uploaded the 1.14.4 interiors and planned to upload the newer files when 1.16.5 NTM came out - Better late than never, eh?
You need New Tardis Mod 1.16.5 to make use of this datapack. Simply put in your datapack folder (do not unzip).
To unlock these in the game (survival), use the Neutronic Spectrometer, download the schematic into your Sonic and then inset Sonic into the console to transfer the schematic.
Alternatively, in creative do /tardis unlock interior {interior name} {tardis ID}
(If you want ALL the interiors loaded then simply replace {interior name} with *
