Withering's Grimoire


I made this datapack as a present for a friend of mine on my private SMP. After I made this, I thought there might be someone out there looking for a simple magic datapack. Here you are.



Spells


Purge. Removes all active Status Effects
Invisibility. Gives 30 sec of Invis
Strength. Gives Strength 2 for 2 mins
Wither Skull. Launches a Wither Skull in the direction you are look. WARNING: This spell has a few bugs in it, sorry
Fireball. Summons a fireball, punch it to launch where you want it to go
Skeleton. Summons a friendly Skeleton
Necromancy. Summons a friendly Wither Skeleton
Zombie. Summons a friendly Zombie
Teleport. Gives you an ender pearl
Lightning Strike. Strikes all nearby non-player entities with a bolt of lightning. (I couldn't get it to work striking players, excluding yourself)
Haste. Gives Haste 2 for 2 minutes
Speed. Gives Speed 2 for 2 minutes
Regen. Gives Regen 3 for 2 minutes


How to Use


In order to use the spells you must have the spellbook and must have the 'Magic' tag and be on the team 'Withering.' Both are CASE SENSITIVE.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get the book so for the time being use the following command, which must be put into a command block:

The book interface was definitely inspired by yours, however i wrote the spell code myself.
